Episode 2: Seven Republican Lessons from the 2012 Election

Welcome to Episode 2 of the TalkGOP podcast.

In this episode I take a look at the 2012 elections and the lessons Republicans should learn.

1. Republicans must stop letting attacks go unanswered.

2. The media is still winning

3.  We can’t count on Get Out The Vote efforts (GOTV) to win elections.

4.  Republicans must win over a portion of the minority vote.

5. Republicans must compete with ideas and principles.

6. Republicans must expand the playing field.

7. The GOP national, state and local parties must lead all the time, not wait on the presidential candidate.
